This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for courses offered by VIIDM Digital Marketing Institute.
Cancellation by VIIDM
In certain circumstances, VIIDM may need to cancel your enrollment due to:
- Limited availability in the selected course.
- Pricing discrepancies or errors.
- Verification issues related to enrollment.
If VIIDM cancels your enrollment, we will notify you and process a full refund where applicable.
Cancellation by Students
If you need to cancel your enrollment, please follow these guidelines:
- Submit a cancellation request to our support team.
- Cancellation requests will be reviewed for approval by VIIDM.
- If a course has already started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund. VIIDM will determine when a course is considered “started.”
Refund Policy
- Course fees at VIIDM are generally non-refundable.
- If you are highly dissatisfied within the first 24 hours of receiving course materials, you may contact support@viidm.com to discuss your case.
- Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and in certain cases, a partial refund may be considered.
- We recommend that students carefully review course details before enrolling to ensure their satisfaction.
